Full-Block Format
The identifying feature of a full-block letter style is the left justification of all ten structural parts of the letter: (1) letterhead or sender's address, (2) inside (or receiver's address, (3) dateline (date letter was sent), (4) salutation,(5) body, (6) complimentary close, (7) signature, (8) typed name and (9) title (if relevant), (10) stenographic and copy information.
